Issuing new Aadhar Card applications in Hyderabad centers temporarily stopped in many centers. Actually you can download it from aadhar website for an application.
Go to aadhar website : www.uidai.gov.in/
click on : http://uidai.gov.in/download.html
take a print out and go to aadhar center for appointment date.
